PrajaReport is being prepared for India and should be reviewed against the Digital Personal Data Protection Act before nationwide launch.

PrajaReport collects civic report details that citizens choose to share, including photos, approximate location, category, title, description, city, state, and account sign-in details.

Public report content may appear in feeds, area reports, moderation queues, and routing exports. Reporter contact details should not be published in public feeds.

Users can delete their own posts from the Account Center. Signed-in users can also delete their account, which removes their profile and owned civic posts before deleting their authentication account.

Signed-in users can manage profile privacy settings, including profile visibility, location precision, public activity visibility, comments, follows, and civic update emails.

Parents and guardians should guide children using PrajaReport. The beta should avoid collecting unnecessary sensitive personal data and should not publish private details about any child or bystander.

Users can raise privacy, safety, content, and account grievances through the grievance page. Abuse reports and lawful takedown requests should be reviewed by the moderation team before action.

PrajaReport uses Supabase for authentication, database, and media storage, and may use Vercel for web hosting. Final legal review is required before a nationwide public launch.
