India beta terms
Terms
PrajaReport is a civic reporting beta for public problems, location-based area reports, and fixed story tracking. Reports should be factual, public-interest posts with useful photos and location.
User responsibilities
Users are responsible for the accuracy, lawfulness, and public-interest purpose of what they submit. Do not upload private personal data, confidential documents, abusive allegations, copyrighted media you do not have rights to share, or images unrelated to the civic post.
Moderation and duplicate merging
PrajaReport may approve, reject, quarantine, edit visibility, remove content, restrict features, or merge duplicate reports so area feeds stay useful and safe for citizens.
Guest users can submit reports, but voting, commenting, and following are reserved for signed-in citizen accounts. Repeated misuse may lead to removal of content or access restrictions.
Civic visibility, not issue closure
PrajaReport is built to understand, organize, and showcase public issues, ideas, fixes, and area-level civic signals. Reporting an issue on PrajaReport does not mean PrajaReport will take direct action, perform repair work, compel any authority, or guarantee closure of that issue.
No guaranteed government action is promised. PrajaReport helps citizens surface public problems, appreciate good execution, prepare area intelligence, and support triage exports for civic teams.
PrajaReport is not an emergency service. For immediate danger, crime, medical emergencies, fire, or disaster response, users should contact the appropriate official emergency or public authority channel.
These beta terms are product guardrails and must be Reviewed by an India-qualified lawyer before nationwide launch or app-store release.
